The umbrella for everything I ship solo: Boppo (macOS input method), an extensible self-hosted CMS, Across (real-time voice translation), drop (ephemeral static hosting), Cap (video subtitles), Howdy (business cards in LINE), πVerse (a playground in the digits of π), Cenotaph (browser extension, pre-alpha), Foldio (custom macOS folder icons), and Weirdo (a daily question with sources) — plus a CLI calling card, npx sz.ws. Web products live on *.sz.ws subdomains, each its own Cloudflare Worker.

A single Next.js 16 app I architect and ship end-to-end: the public marketing site, a client portal for project tracking and quotations, and a 45-page admin console — CMS, media library, portfolio, AI copilot, analytics, audit log. Proprietary — not open source.

Features 3D Gaussian Splats rendering using Three.js, automatic EXIF extraction for photo geolocation, passwordless WebAuthn/Passkey authentication, and an embedded Tiptap rich-text editor. For the moment you start typing before noticing the input language is wrong: Boppo reads a short physical-key sequence and safely repairs Traditional Zhuyin ↔ English, failing closed whenever the text context is ambiguous or cannot be verified — it would rather miss one repair than delete one character.

A lightweight developer CLI tool and ESM library that compiles sequential SQL migration files into a clean post-merge schema snapshot. Spins up ephemeral in-memory SQLite (better-sqlite3) and PostgreSQL (PGlite WASM) instances to process DDL, preventing context bloat for AI coding agents and human developers.

The official digital transformation project for the Bartender Association of Taiwan. I architected and built the entire platform from scratch, featuring a custom CMS for competition management, a member portal, and a high-performance content delivery system. The site handles complex content structures and large-scale media assets for national competitions.

A custom, standards-compliant WebAuthn passkey system built without auth libraries. Implements registration and login with Face ID / Touch ID, strict domain binding for security, and Supabase-backed credential/session storage. Built with Next.js and Tailwind, with an open-source starter available for adaptation.

Built for the Bartender Association of Taiwan, this internal scoring system covers the full competition flow: drag-and-drop forms, QR badge + PIN judge login, live scoring oversight, unlock handling, and Excel result export — with room to grow into a broader competition platform.

Sandy: My NKUST 113 school year Final Project, a iOS app that built for elder people to keep their oral health. It's also included the body exercise part. The app will remind the user to do the exercise and the oral health care in a funny way like Duolingo.

A lightweight macOS speech-to-text app — Ito, but BYOK (bring your own key). Built with Tauri: hotkey / push-to-talk, logs, and optional auto-type via macOS Accessibility permissions. Released as a signed build on GitHub.

Tried to train a model to find the one I love, turn out the factor that effect my preference is too complex to be trained by a model. It's not just about the look or any outer appearance, it's about the feeling, the connection, the chemistry. But this project made me more understand myself.
